  Very disappointing, I would not recommend to anyone and we will never go back.
  
  Our bad experience at Raffinos was the worst I have seen in many years. Our ontrays did come out on time, but they had forgotten our mains, which took over an hour to arrive. There was two other tables (2 and 3 people) occupied so I dont know how this could happen really. Was never asked if we would like drinks and had to continually go up to the bar. The portion sizes were very small and the food was very bland, had no flavour at all, which is hard to do in an Italian restaurant.
  
  I asked to speak to the owner after our meal, to give him some feedback. He didn't want to come to our table to begin with, when he did I told him how we felt. He was not remorseful at all and didn't care one bit, a simple sorry would have been suffice. What happened to the old school Italian family restaurant vibe!!

  I Haven"t eaten here for ten years we used to go occasionally when we had visitors it was very good then. My hubby suggested that we go there for my Birthday. The reservation has been made, I will let you guys know if it still stacks up.
  Well we went, First there were only us and another couple in the restaurant.The ambiance was as i remembered it. The food was very good my hubby had a steak cooked to perfection. I had pasta lovely. The restaurant changed hands about six months ago , it dose't seem as pricey as I remembered it . A very present Monday evening.

  Very overpriced for what it is. Expected some pretty fine dining stuff for the price of the meal but, instead, got something that would struggle to compete with a surf club.
  
  Tasty enough but with little to no effort in presentation or quality, it is not a place I would go back to.
  
  Staff were friendly and helpful when you could get their attention. We were one of 3 small occupied tables and the staff were happy just standing around in the bar area, rather than paying attention to empty drinks and customers' body language. The restaurant probably missed out on at least 2 rounds of drinks being purchased because of this.
  
  Not saying don't try this place, just make sure you have a pretty good voucher as it is not worth anywhere near full price.
